When I first saw the skirt on Michelle's Zipper Tutorial made with Alexander Henry's Bird Seed fabric I knew that before the summer ended I would have to make one myself! Once I got the fabric I was too excited to try a zipper for the first time, so I used the measurements of a skirt I had made previously and put in an elastic waistband. Fabric is from Sew, Mama, Sew!

That's adorable, got some of the awesome fabric myself, now i just need to make myself something out of it (besides a bag!)
